Andy Fern, Chairman of BCM

Andy is Executive Director of Protection Approaches, a charity working to build safer and more inclusive communities. Andy has more than a decade of experience working to build community resilience and supporting individuals to develop the practical skills, knowledge, confidence, and networks to positively and sustainably confront prejudice and hate He brings experience in charity leadership, community development, and managing large budgets to the co-op.

  MaxMarie Wilmoth

Maxmarie joined the co-operative in 2022 while she was living on London’s canals as a continuous cruiser. She holds an MSc in Urban Regeneration from The Bartlett School of Planning (UCL), where her research focused on the impact of waterfront development on London’s canals. Maxmarie has a background in operations and project management. By day, she works at the International Maritime Organization, and in her free time, she supports the co-operative with all things related to urban planning and development.

  Paddy Eckersley

One of the founder members of the Co-op. For over thirty years Paddy was an international commercial photographer working with major clients for their worldwide advertising campaigns. Paddy brings experience of team/ budget management to the co-op. 

  Katie Archibald

Senior Project Manager at the University of Greenwich with eight years of project management experience specialising in digital transformation, planning and development.

Co-organiser of the community led event Umbraco UK. Katie brings project management and organisational skills to the Co-op.

  Michael J. Vining BSc MCIOB

Forty years working in Construction and Property with a huge range of experience. Most recently as Head of Construction for a Data Centre Developer working across Europe with responsibility for delivery of large-scale data centres for a well-known hyperscaler. Mike Is a Chartered Building Professional practising in construction and development of all types of buildings and engineering projects. Mike is advising BCM on the inception, planning and execution of the delivery of this facility and the subsequent maintenance strategy.

  Charlie Bret FCCA

Schiavi Pole Brett Ltd  accountants. Charlie also holds an advisory position in BCM .
